1. Peanut Butter Banana Bites
Ingredients: 1 ripe banana, 2 tbsp natural peanut butter (xylitol-free!), 1 cup oat flour
Mash the banana, mix in peanut butter and flour, roll into small balls, and bake at 350°F for 12-15 minutes. Store in the fridge for up to a week.

Ingredients: 2 large sweet potatoes
